Once you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it or contact us via our pop-up chat or contact form.
Cancel or change your order
We process your products as soon as possible after ordering. While we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made, please contact us to check if it's possible.
Gift Wrapping & Note
Though we don’t offer gift wrapping, we do include personalized notes. Simply share your message in the checkout process or email us.
All our products are unique and crafted with heart so there is the possibility to explore customization work. Share your ideas with us, and we’ll let you know if we can turn your idea into something real! After all, who doesn’t love customized crafts?
We offer currency options, but we’ll charge you in Swiss Francs (CHF), our local currency, with automatic conversion fees.
We don't store your bank details. All payment transactions are handled by Shopify or our payment gateway partner.
Where Do We Ship To?
We ship almost everywhere on Earth. If we don’t ship to your location, contact us to see if we can arrange something.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Expect these delivery estimates:
- 1 business day for processing your order
- 2-3 business days for domestic standard shipping
- 5-14 business days for international standard shipping
We'll inform you by email when your crafts are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Taxes & Duties
We can't control natural occurrences, customs delays or taxes and duties. Any customs or import duties can be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and the customers are responsible for any extra charges.
All prices on our website are subject to any applicable taxes according to state, provincial, and local laws.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. We will evaluate the issue accordingly.
We hope you love your purchase and won't need to return it. If you do need to make a return, you have 15 days from the day you received your item to send it back. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in a resellable condition with their original packaging intact. To initiate your return, please contact us.
Please note that items that are customized, sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Please note that it is our policy that we shall not accept returns on crafts for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of the products. These natural imperfections should not be considered as defects as this is what adds to the beauty and uniqueness of our crafts. To avoid such scenarios, please ensure that you’ve read through our crafts disclaimers and care policy, and by purchasing any product you agree to this disclaimer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. You’ll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Depending on your bank and payment provider, the refund process may take some time, please check with your payment provider for further details.
We don't offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new online order.

We aim to be as accurate as possible with our product details, prices, and delivery rates. Although we take accurate photographs, slight discrepancies may occur. We want you to keep in mind that you’re buying and supporting craftsmanship works for which each piece is unique, authentic and beautiful.
Please also note that the availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. ‘QA’ does not represent and warrant that product descriptions, photograph or other description of the product or content of this site are accurate, complete or error-free and reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

As each piece is made by hand, it's important to appreciate its uniqueness. Variations in color, shape, texture, and pattern are to be expected, and should not be considered flaws. Instead, these imperfections are what make each piece one-of-a-kind and add to its beauty.

More Eco-Friendly Packaging
We care about the environment, which is why we offer carbon offset options for shipping and choose eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. We admit, we get a little creative with our packaging at times, but don't worry, it's all for a good cause! Our packaging may be recycled, so don't judge it by its cover ;)
