We cannot control natural occurrences or customs delays, and any extra fees such as customs taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. Returns
We hope you love your purchase and won't need to return it. If you do need to make a return, you have 15 days from the day you received your item to send it back. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in a resellable condition with their original packaging intact.
